This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Dan's Labyrinth ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.
The Game is designed to collect as little as possible. To operate the online leaderboard, when you complete a level the Game sends the following to our leaderboard server:
That is the complete list. The Game does not collect your real name, email address, contacts, photos, location, phone number, or any device or advertising identifier.
The information above is used solely to display global and per-level leaderboards inside the Game and to show you your own ranking. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
The Game offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details or billing information. Your unlock entitlement is stored locally on your device. Please see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles payment data.
Leaderboard data (the items listed above) is stored on our server, hosted by Fly.io. We retain leaderboard entries for as long as the leaderboard feature operates. Because a player ID is random and anonymous, entries are not linked to a real-world identity.
The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we only collect an anonymous player ID, a self-chosen display name, and gameplay results, no personal information about any user — including children — is gathered.
Leaderboard submission happens only as part of normal play. If you would like your leaderboard entry or associated data removed, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
